A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows are subject to a 100% session fee.

A credit card is held on file to secure all bookings. This policy ensures that Carol can accommodate as many clients as possible and respects the time set aside for your appointment.

If a session starts late due to client readiness, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This is necessary to respect subsequent appointments.

The full session fee applies regardless of late arrival.

Please ensure you are ready at your scheduled appointment time to receive the full benefit of your treatment.

• Please have a clear area of approximately 7 feet by 7 feet available for the massage table.
• A quiet room with minimal distractions is ideal.
• Pets should be secured in another area of the home during the session.
• Please ensure parking is available for Carol near your entrance.
• Carol brings a professional massage table, fresh linens, and all necessary supplies.

Therapeutic Touch provides therapeutic massage services only. Carol maintains strict professional boundaries at all times.

Carol reserves the right to refuse or terminate any session if professional boundaries are not respected. The full session fee will still apply.

For the safety of both clients and therapist:

• A health intake form must be completed before your first session.
• A credit card is required on file for all bookings.
• First-time appointments are available during daytime hours only.
• A safe, respectful environment is expected for every appointment.

For clients aged 7–16, a parent or guardian must be present in the home to ensure a reassuring and supportive environment.

Carol provides mobile massage therapy throughout Calgary, Alberta. A $20 travel fee applies to all mobile appointments.
